I’m Anthony A. Eredia — a Learning & Development leader with 15+ years building leadership capability, team effectiveness, and national mentorship programs for organizations like Crown Media Family Networks, SAG-AFTRA, the Directors Guild of America, and NAMIC.

I’m a certified Everything DiSC® and The Five Behaviors® facilitator, specializing in 360 feedback, manager onboarding, and coaching programs that improve retention and performance. My workfocuses on practical learning strategy — not theory — that helps teams communicate better, lead more effectively, and sustain behavior change long after the workshop ends.

I’m currently pursuing my MA in Psychology at Pepperdine University to deepen my expertise in behavioral science and organizational effectiveness.
