Anthony A. Eredia is a Learning & Development leader with more than 15 years of experience designing practical leadership programs that improve communication, retention, and performance.

He has led learning strategy for organizations across media and entertainment — including Crown Media Family Networks, SAG-AFTRA, the Directors Guild of America, and NAMIC — where he built national mentorship programs sustaining 85% engagement 18 months post-launch, introduced Everything DiSC® as a common language for teams, and coached leaders from frontline managers to senior executives.

Anthony is a certified facilitator in Everything DiSC® Workplace, Management, Work of Leaders, and The Five Behaviors® of a Cohesive Team. His work focuses on manager onboarding, 360-degree feedback, and learning measurement — translating business needs into training leaders actually use.

He earned his BA in English Literature from UCLA and is currently pursuing an MA in Psychology at Pepperdine University to deepen his expertise in behavioral change and organizational effectiveness.

Based in Los Angeles, CA, Anthony is a husband, father of three daughters, and volunteer mentor. When he's not facilitating, you'll find him at trivia night or rewatching I Love Lucy.
